You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.
A reasonable number of revisions are included as agreed for each project. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website passes to you, except for third-party assets, libraries or licensed components, which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, payment gateways and plugins. We are not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by these third parties.
We take care to deliver quality work and provide support as agreed. Beyond the agreed support period, ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuddlebell is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
